At Big City Equipment, we offer flexible delivery options for new equipment purchases across Alberta, including Grande Prairie, Clairmont, and surrounding Peace Country communities.
This policy outlines how we handle delivery and what you can expect when purchasing equipment from us.
1. Pickup Option
Customers are welcome to pick up equipment directly from our yard:

We will coordinate a scheduled pickup time once the purchase is finalized. Please bring appropriate transport and equipment for safe loading.
2. Delivery Option
We offer delivery through trusted carriers within Alberta. Delivery is arranged on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on location, equipment size, and accessibility.

4. Scheduling & Responsibility

Once equipment has been delivered or picked up, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the care, use, and storage of the equipment.
